1. Who we are

Robin Wood Co. ("Robin Wood," "we," "us") is a Texas lumber business located at 4180 Old Mill Road, Waco, TX 76705. These terms govern purchases made at our yard, by phone, and through this website. By ordering from us you agree to them.

2. Quotes & pricing

Lumber is a commodity; prices change with the market. Posted and quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless we say otherwise in writing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Texas sales tax is added where applicable.

3. Orders & payment

We accept major cards, checks, and cash at the yard. Payment is due at pickup or before delivery, except approved trade accounts, which run net-15. An order is confirmed when we confirm stock and tally with you — not before.

4. Measurement & grading

Hardwood is sold by the board foot, measured and graded under standard NHLA rules. You're welcome to watch the tally and we round down in your favor. Once boards are loaded and leave the yard, the tally stands as agreed at sale.

6. Returns & claims

Our return and claim policy (including time limits) is on the Shipping & Returns page. In short: inspect before you cut, and tell us within 5 days if something isn't right.

7. Wood is a natural product

Wood moves, checks, and changes color as it acclimates to your shop. Kiln-dried lumber is sold at 6–8% moisture content at time of sale; proper storage after purchase is the buyer's responsibility. We grade honestly, but we can't control your climate, and natural variation within a grade is not a defect.

8. Warranty disclaimer & liability

Except as expressly stated, our products are sold "as is" for the grade described. To the extent allowed by Texas law, our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including project delays or finishing results.

9. Website use

Photos, prices, and copy on this site are our property and for information purposes; occasional errors happen and we'll correct them when found. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we confirm your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts sitting in McLennan County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued purchases after an update count as acceptance.
