1. The short version

We collect only what we need to answer you and deliver your lumber. We never sell your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, and message content when you use our contact form, call, or email.
• Order details — products, quantities, delivery address, and payment records (card numbers go to our payment processor, not to us).
• Basic site logs — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools (see §4).

3. How we use it

• To answer questions, confirm orders, and arrange delivery;
• To keep the books the State of Texas requires us to keep;
• To send an occasional stock-list email if you ask for one;
• To understand, in a general way, how the site is used so we can improve it.

4. Cookies, Google Ads & remarketing

We advertise with Google Ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits; you may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or www.aboutads.info/choices. We may also use remarketing to show our ads to past visitors around the web. Our site may use basic analytics cookies; where required, these load only with your consent.

5. Who we share with

Only the people who help us run the business: our payment processor, our delivery/freight carriers (name, address, phone for deliveries), and Google (advertising, as described above). We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as Texas law requires (generally 4–7 years for tax purposes). Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted.

7. Your choices & Texas privacy rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TCDPA), including the right to access, correct, and delete personal data and to opt out of certain processing. 8. Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, limited access to records). No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please don't email full card numbers.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
