Tell us species, size and rough footage — or just walk the stacks with your coffee.

We pull your boards

Picked by hand for your job, not forked over at random.

We measure together

You watch the tally. We round down. That's the whole policy.

Load & go

We load your trailer with the forklift, or schedule a Central Texas delivery.

The Robin Wood difference

✓Honest tally. Board-foot measured per NHLA rules, in front of you, rounded down.
✓Kiln on site. We dry to 6–8% and meter-check every lot before it's sold.
✓Texas species. Mesquite, pecan and cedar alongside the standard hardwoods.
✓A person answers the phone. Usually before the second ring. If not, we call back.
✓Trade accounts. Net-15 for shops and builders after three paid orders.
✓If we wouldn't build with it, we don't sell it. Honey-combed or honey-stained boards go in the firewood pile, not yours.

Questions we hear at the counter

Can I buy just one board?

Yes. One-board customers get the same tally and the same coffee as thousand-foot customers.

Do you deliver?

All around Central Texas — Waco, Temple, Killeen, Hillsboro and points between. Bigger loads ship by freight statewide. See our Shipping & Returns page.

Is your wood actually dry?

Kiln-dried on site to 6–8% moisture content, and we'll meter it in front of you so you don't take our word for it.

Do you custom mill?

Yes — logs and slabs by appointment. We also do resawing and S2S surfacing for a small fee.

Can I pick through the stacks myself?

Please do. Hand-picking is half the fun. We'll bundle and tally whatever you choose.
